Welcome to the Audiowave Art website Terms & Conditions. Please read through all the sub categories below carefully before placing your order. By using the Audiowave Art website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in our sub categories. All the sub categories clearly outline shipping and delivery terms, our returns and cancellation policy as well as other information that will assist you whilst shopping online. How does the process work?

Once you have selected the product of your choice, click the CLICK TO RECORD button to record or upload your audio. We will extract your audio and you can then design your Audiowave using our colour tool. When you are satisfied with your design click the APPLY button to make the final changes to your design. When you are happy with your design click the NEXT button and follow our simple check out process.

Can I upload my own audio file?

Absolutely! You can upload an audio file in MP3, WAV or M4A format.

Is there a time limit for my recording?

Our online recorder allows 30 seconds of recording.

How loud do I need to speak?

Ensure that you are in a relatively quiet area and speak clearly in your normal voice into your computer microphone. You can play your recording back and re-record your voice until you are entirely satisfied with the end result. Don’t worry if your recording sounds either too soft or loud. We will contact you in case of any issues and will guide you step-by-step through the recording process.

Does my recording have to be in a particular file format?

Uploaded files should be in the following format MP3, WAV & M4A. We will contact you on your given / registered email ID if there are any issues with the recording.

Do I need any special equipment to record my audio?

You can record any thing as long as it makes sound. You can record people, pets, instruments or any sound that appeals to you.

What can I record on Audiowave Art?

*Please note, by using the Audiowave Art website and/or placing an order you agree that you will NOT upload any audio/image files consisting of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We will refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.

Can I choose a custom size?

At the present moment we offer four sizes for our Canvas products and three sizes for our Art Prints. However, if you do have a special size requirement please contact us on support@audiowaveart.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate your request.

How many colour options are there?

As many as your like! With our Art Prints and Canvas you can select the background colour and Audiowave colour for your artwork. When designing your Audiowave you will be able to view and pick colours from our colour tool and see what they look like on your finished product. Please understand that all monitors emit colours differently hence the finished product may vary slightly depending on your monitor.

On what is my Audiowave printed?
  • For our Canvas products we use premium 350 gsm poly-cotton blend, which comes either museum wrapped or gallery wrapped with a UV resistant matt varnish.
  • For our Art Prints we use 230 gsm professional archival paper.
  • Our inks are highly durable, environmentally friendly and UV-resistant.
Can I see my Audiowave before you ship it?

Yes! After you complete placing your order we will send you a design proof on your given/ registered email ID within 1-2 business days. Once you are a 100% satisfied and approve your design will we go into production.
*Please note if we are unable to reach you after 48 hours your order will automatically go into print.

How can I pay for my order?

All prices and amounts shown on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR). We support the following payment options:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net banking

*Please note, at the present moment we do not offer Cash On Delivery.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Shipping

At Audiowave Art we strive to deliver products ordered from our web site in excellent condition and in the fasted time possible. Please contact our customer care at support@audiowaveart.com for problems related to shipping and delivery.

What is your shipping policy?

We provide free shipping on all our products. For orders from Maharashtra, Octroi charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery. If the order is lost or un-delivered we will replace the order with a 100% free expedited reprint.

Where do you ship?

At the present moment we ship within India only.

How are orders placed at Audiowave Art delivered to me?

All orders placed with us are dispatched through our courier partners such as Track On, Blue Dart or any other courier partner of Audiowave Art.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.

How long would it take to receive my product?

It would normally take 1 – 2 business days to create your Audiowave. You will receive an email on your given / registered email address to approve the artwork. Once approved, we will go into print, which could take another 2 – 4 business days. If we are unable to reach you after 48 hours your order will automatically go to print. Once your Audiowave is complete, shipping times varies depending on your location. The average shipping time is 3-5 days. The overall time from placing your order to receiving your product is 6 – 10 working days.

*Please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends and holidays. Shipping transit times vary, and Audiowave Art assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

What are the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all our products.

Do you ship international?

No, we ship only within India.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s name and address on the order form and we will have it sent directly to them.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving our order confirmation email. Please email us on support@audiowaveart.com along with your Order ID to process a cancellation.

An online proof will be emailed to you on your given/ registered email address within 1-2 business days for your review after we have received your file upload. Once the artwork has been approved by you we cannot make any modifications or cancel or refund an order. If the artwork is not approved within 48 hours of receiving the proof we consider the order confirmed and will go into print.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Audiowave Art, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us on support@audiowaveart.com. Our representative will document your complaint and create a ticket for your reference.

We offer 100% refund or reprint on any defective print orders and 100% free expedited reprint on any orders lost in transit. Audiowave Art will produce colour prints based on the colours originally determined we cannot be held responsible for colours that do not match what our customers see. Because of inherent limitations with computer monitors, the accuracy of colour reproduction based on what is seen on a computer screen or a product printed by a customer’s personal printer is not guaranteed. By placing and order with Audiowave Art you agree to this limitation. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honoured for colour variations that have occurred during the printing process. We are not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs that you approve. Application of UV coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colours. We are not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product. Please note that defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours from date of receipt of package. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and managements discretion.

All policies are subject to change without prior notification. Determination of defect is at the discretion of management. In most cases, customers will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or self-ship the defective products back to the below address:

For all self-shipped returns the shipping costs will be duly reimbursed subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end. Please ensure that the courier bill/receipt (scanned copy) should be submitted to support@audiowaveart.com along with the order details (Order ID & Return ID) for availing the reimbursement. The courier bill/receipt should meet the following conditions to be processed successfully:

  • It should have the weight of the return package and the number of items present in it.
  • You will need to mention your place address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details legibly.
  • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.

Refunds if applicable are processed within 5 working days and the entire purchase amount will be refunded to you. Refund is provided via the same payment method used for the order. It may take up to 15 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. We will keep you updated through the process.

Your privacy is important to us. We hate SPAM too. The following outlines our privacy policy, and how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of any personal information.
